COOKIES POLICY

  1. As the administrator (hereinafter “Administrator“) of our website (hereinafter “SI“), we use technology that stores and accesses information on the connected Internet computer or other end-user device. We use so-called Cookies for this purpose. Cookies are small text information about the way our SI is used, which are stored on the browser side of the person visiting the SI and contain data about his or her use of the SI. The same space called the user’s browser’s local memory is also used for these purposes. The provisions regarding cookies also apply to this browser. We collect cookies in two categories, which we describe in detail in point 8.
  2. We want to be close to our customers’ needs, so we analyze anonymous information about the use of the SI. To this end, we use Google Analytics code. This is an internet analytics tool that helps us improve the functionality of the SI. The Google Analytics service collects anonymous information, records trends on the SI without identifying individual users. Like many other services, the Google Analytics tool uses its own cookies to analyze user actions. These files are used to store information, such as the start time of the current visit, whether the user has visited the SI before, which website the user came from, what screen resolution his or her device has, etc.

In the case of data processing as part of using cookies in connection with the Administrator’s use of Google Analytics tools, the person who consents to the use of cookies also consents to the data being transferred to a US-based company: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The user declares that he or she is aware that the data transmitted there may not be secured to the extent required by the GDPR, will remain outside the Administrator’s control, and that authorized entities may access such data under the US laws, e.g. US intelligence services.
  4. By default, internet browsers allow the storage and access of cookies. Each person browsing the SI can prevent cookies from being stored on his or her device or permanently delete saved files by modifying the settings of his or her internet browser. You decide on the rules for using Cookies by adjusting your internet browser’s settings.
  5. When starting to use the SI, the user will be asked for consent to the use of Cookies. If the user agrees to place cookies on his or her end device or uses the SI without changing the settings of his or her internet browser (disabling the support of cookies), he or she agrees to place cookies on the device and access the end device. The user can change the internet browser settings at any time to disable cookie support.
  6. We inform you that limiting the use of Cookies may negatively affect the correctness and convenience of the SI’s operation for users who make such changes. We do not guarantee full functionality as well as the correctness of the SI’s operation in the case of not consenting to the processing of Cookies 1 and 2 categories.
  7. Cookies do not collect personal data such as the user’s address, password, credit card information, but only a package of anonymized data received in an automated manner by the SI.
  8. The administrator is not responsible for the content or reliability of third-party websites that the customer accesses through the SI.

    They are necessary for the proper functioning of the SI. They are used to maintain a user’s session while visiting the website.

    They ensure the appropriate display of the SI and adjust the technical services of the website to user choices.

    They are used to identify the user’s http session. They are common in all internet applications to identify user requests during a session.

    They allow for the identification of the user’s navigation status on the SI.

    Google Analytics – enables monitoring of the SI using the Google Analytics tool, which is a service provided by Google. They are used to obtain information about a user’s access to the website, e.g. to determine the number of visits to the website by the user, the dates of the first and last visits, the duration of the visits, the search engine the user used to access the website, or the link used to redirect to the website. The Administrator has no control over the content and technical content of these files, it is determined and stored by Google. Therefore, the Administrator recommends reading the Google Analytics privacy page at https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/cookie-usage.
  10. Using the website involves sending requests to the server on which the SI is stored. Each request directed to the server is recorded in the server logs. The logs include, among other things, the user’s IP address, server date and time, information about the internet browser and operating system used by the user. The logs are saved and stored on the server. Data saved in server logs is not associated with specific individuals using the website and is not used by us to identify the user. Server logs are solely auxiliary material used for website administration, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server.
